How long before my order will be dispatched

Please note orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of receipt.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched by Australia Post and subject to domestic delivery timelines. Orders are dispatched from New South Wales. Please refer to Australia Post website for the latest information on same state and interstate delivery estimates.

Can I order from overseas or deliver to PO Boxes?

We can currently only accept and deliver orders in Australia. Deliveries to PO Boxes or Parcel collection addresses are also not accepted by our shipping partners.

Do orders need to be signed for on Delivery?

All parcels will require a signature on delivery. We recommend that someone be present during business hours to accept and sign for your delivery. If no one is present to accept delivery, a parcel collection notice will be left at the delivery address with instructions on how to collect your order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. Please use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

I’m unhappy with my purchase, what can be done?

In the first instance please contact our customer experience team via email: consumer@arnotts.com to discuss your concerns.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do next?

If you have waited for more than 15 business days without receiving your order please contact our customer experience team via email: consumer@arnotts.com with your order number and tracking details.

Can I change my delivery address or order details?

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. Due to this we are unable to alter delivery addresses or product orders.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged please reach out to our customer care team with your concerns via email: consumer@arnotts.com. Please have your order number and details on hand to assist our team with investigating your order promptly and efficiently.  

Can I personalise any of the products on the Tim Tam Store?

Personalisation is not currently available via the Tim Tam store
